Should I see a doctor?

Ok, so on wed. morning i woke up w/ a stuffed up ear, i went to school and ended coming home early cause it hurt. Every night since then while i was asleep i slept on that ear hoping any fluids that might be causing it to be stuffed it up, might be drained. Every time i wake up there is dry blood around my ear like its been bleeding, but it doesnt hurt. My sister-in -law says i should go to a doctor my mom says not. Should I go to a doctor?
Answer:
Yes, you need to go to a doctor. Having a stuffed up ear as an adult can often point to sinus infection which antibiotics can easily clear up. However, since you are experiencing bleeding you need to go to a doctor as soon as you can. It may be a severe ear infection but it could be much more threatening to your hearing. The ears you have are the only ones you get, see a doctor and take care of them. I would suggest going to a local urgent care clinic or your family physician, they can refer you to a specialist should you need one.
Yes you might have popped your ear drum!
Go to the doctor
If it does not clear up soon, go to a doctor
UM HELL YES bleeding from your ear isnt good
I would go to a doctor asap, that is not normal.
umm yea. if you have to ask then you probably should.
blood out of ear. yes.. you should asee a doctor.
It could be anything from an ear ifection to a ruptured eardrum.
Yes, sounds like serious inner ear infection, and it requires antibiotics.
Also, use a decongestant, because THAT is what dries up the fluids in your inner ear canals, rather than sleeping on it.
Good luck!!
You have what we call an ear infection. These can be very serious if not taking care of. To the point of loosing hearing and you made have to have tubes put in. Please take care of this as soon as possible. (you have been warned)
Yes, you probably have an ear infection. What is your mom's problem?
you need to see a doctor you have a very very bad ear infection and your ear drum may have ruptured
yes, you should go to a doctor.
If it's not better soon, then you should. If you don't it might lead to something dangerous.
yes
to be on the safe side you should go to the doctor.
Under normal circumstances ears are not supposed to bleed. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/...Check out this link.
hey in case you didn't know: YOUR EAR IS BLEEDING. if your mom doesn't want to take you to the doctor(bad parent by the way), then go to the school nurse and she'll tell your mom to take you.
YES, go to a ENT, ears, nose and throat Physician. It could be a possible hole in your eardrum, due to access fluid build up. It pressure remains/fluid build up, then they may insert a tube to drain fluid and reduce pressure.
Have you been exposed to extreme noise, recent air travel, swimming in a waterhole (parasite of waterborne nature)
Get it checked out.
instead of writing to us get an appointment, take sickness, pain bleeding seriously.
Yes you SHOULD see a doctor and do not delay. I hope you haven't been poking in your ear with anything to make it bleed. Please go see a doctor. Something is going on and it needs to be checked. Don't mess with your hearing or vision. Hope you let us know what the doctor says. PLEASE do not put anything in your ear unless directed to do so by your doctor. Good luck!
