i have some Pure cod liver oil capsules, should i chew or swallow whole? it doesnt say on the box!

it will taste pretty yucky if you chew it.it's just a supplement,not a medicine,doesn't matter how it goes down
swallow whole if you don't want to puke. Cod oil doesn't matter. It usually matters if the pill is a time released medicine.
I think unless it specifically says "Chewable" on the bottle then you should sallow them.

swallow whole. cod liver oil tastes pretty bad. as in it will make you gag.
it won't hurt you at all if you chew them; it'll only taste foul.
