Should you do slower cardio to lose weight?

I've heard that when you run slower you burn more fat. So does this mean that when you are trying to lose weight you should do slower cardio rather than fast? If you do fast cardio will you not lose weight? How fast should you go? If someone could explain this to me it would be very helpful. Thanks!

running slower does not burn more fat..the faster and the more intense your excises is, the more calories and fat you will burn...exercise hard..make sure you get tired, sore and sweat a lot..it helps better. =]
