Answer:
You can take generic amoxicillin, generic clarithromycin, and generic omeprazole, and it does the same thing.
sorry there is no generic out. 2 things:
1. it depends on the company if they want a generic made
2. it also depends on the length of the patent on the name brand (which is usually 10 to 20 years!!)
Not in the US, but therapeutic equivalents (other proton pump inhibitors, plus antibiotics, with or without bismuth subsalicylate) can do the same thing for a bit less money.
