Scars from gallbladder surgery?

I had my gallbladder removed laproscopically on March 29. I have the 3 small incisions and then the bigger one on my belly button. Two of the smaller ones (top and middle) have a bump and I thought it was just scar tissue but it hurts and its not red all the time but it is some of the time. Just curious of what it might be. And when I say hurt.. i don't mean like just every now and then.. i mean like 95% of the time... and its not very comfortable.
Thanks
Answer:
This is NOT normal NO! With a laparoscopic surgery of MOST sorts you are in and out of the hospital and there should be little to no side effects at the incision site for one thing.
Secondly, i have had a cholecystectomy, laparoscopically,( by the way about 6 laparoscopic surgeries as well), and no way after this many months, (you did mean to say MARCH correct not MAY??) - uhhh should you be having this many problems and be in pain hon. When you say you are uncomfortable and hurt 95% of the time i get more than just a HINT that you are in pain. Don't hesitate to see your Doctor about this one luvvy!
This is something you should talk to the surgeon or your Dr about.
It's adhesion, a band of scar tissue that binds together 2 anatomical surfaces which are normally separated from each other. They are common in the abdomen after surg. Surgical cutting naturally will separate the skin %26 muscle layers in order to fix or remove something. When the MD sews you back up, these surfaces that normally are not together, are tied together with sutures making them join. This is how adhesion's form. It turns out to feel like a bump. Your surgery wasn't that long ago and it sometimes takes up to 2 yrs for the body to completely heal inside. However, if they persist in causing pain, you need to tell your doctor. Hope you feel better. When I had my gallbladder out, they cut all the way down, laterally, on the abdomen. You got lucky and only had the 3 tiny cuts. It's amazing how far surgery has come in just a short amount of time
Make sure all the sutures were removed I had a laparoscopic surgery and I had to remove residual stitches (sometimes they dont completely dissolve) otherwise does it tingle? It may just be a keloid. After consulting ur surgeon take hydrocortisone or cortaid over the counter and deep massage the incision sites. You can also buy scar sheets over the counter that help to reduce keloids. But i think it may be a combo of inflammation and scarring
