Serious replies only, please... took a whole bottle of tylenol?

ugh! my very depressed and somewhat crazy friend just called and told me she took a whole bottle of tylenol... she's in missouri, i'm in washington, so the only help i can give is over the phone... i told her to go to the er, she won't, i told her to puke, hopefully she is able to. what will taking these pills (50-100) do to her?
Answer:
Acetaminophen overdose is one of the most common poisonings worldwide. People often think that acetaminophen, a pain-relieving medicine, is extremely safe. However, it may be deadly if taken in large doses. You should not take more than 4000 mg of acetaminophen a day. Taking more, especially 7000 mg or more, can lead to a severe overdose if not treated. Symptoms may not occur until 12 or more hours after the acetaminophen was swallowed and include:
Abdominal pain
Appetite loss
Coma
Convulsions
Diarrhea
Irritability
Nausea
Sweating
Upset stomach
Vomiting There is no home treatment. Seek immediate medical help! The National Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) can be called from anywhere in the United States. This national hotline number will let you talk to experts in poisoning. They will give you further instructions. This is a free and confidential service. All local poison control centers in the U.S. use this national number. You should call if you have any questions about poisoning or poison prevention. It does NOT need to be an emergency. You can call for any reason, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Take the container with you to the hospital, if possible. If treatment is received within 8 hours of the overdose, there is a very good chance of recovery. However, without rapid treatment, a very large overdose of acetaminophen can lead to liver failure and death in a few days. Please convince your friend to get to a hospital. If you arent able, call the police in her area and tell them what is going on. They will send an ambulance for her. This is a matter of life and death.DO NOT INDUCE VOMITTING AT HOME. SHE MUST GET TREATMENT AT THE HOSPITAL.Good luck and my prayers are with you.
oh man.thats bad
screw up her liver drastically. she needs to puke it all up. try peroxide and water...that will make you puke. or you could go to the store and get..I forget the name of the vomiting medicine. Better yet, tell her to call poison control. Taking a whole bottle of tylenol is a call for help...
Call the Missouri emergency and give them the details! There is enough in 50-100 tablets of Tylenol to cause serious harm , even death! Do it now! Or call a member of her family if she has one in Missouri...Blessings
Hey you are trying suicide and knowbodys worth that ok get yourself to a hospital and talk to DR ok friend cause i do care OK
That is enough to kill her- if she will not call an ambulance then you need to do it for her as that amount of Tylenol will cause her liver to shut down but there is very effective treatment if it given in time. Plus this is a call for help and she/he needs to be hospitalized until the suicidal feelings pass.
Call 911 in your area and they can probably get in contact with the one where she lives and send and ambulance to her house that way. As for what it will do to her I'm not sure about.

Poison control for Washington - 206-526-2121
oh ****
she is fucked
tell her to go to a hospital
She needs help immediately. Tylenol can kill you, but it's not fast. Its a slow painful suicide caused by LIVER failure. The sooner she gets help, the better her chances. Have her make herself puke. Call 911, most states will make her go to ER if she is deemed a danger to herself. Good luck.
if u know her address call the police in her area NOW!/could kill her/
Get the non emergency police phone number for her town and get some help sent to her, right away. She can suffer serious liver damage or possibly DIE.
Call your local Poison Control Center . Dial 911 and they will transfer you
