Severe sunburn?

i have a severe sunburn with some small blisters.(fell asleep by the pool for 3 hours) anyone have any suggestions on easing the pain and getting it to heal faster. Only serious people need reply...keep ingnorant remarks to yourself.
Answer:
There are several things you can do, but the best thing I have found is to first take a cold, cold shower for about 30 minutes. It's sort of miserable, but it pulls the heat from your skin. Next, apply white vinegar with a cotton ball to all burned skin. It will itch like crazy for a few minutes, but it's worth it. The last step is messy, but it works better than any burn cream or gel alone. Yellow mustard. Apply yellow mustard and leave it sit for a couple of hours. One more cold shower followed by pure aloe vera or burn gel containing aloe vera, and you're good to go. My mother in law told me of this a few weeks ago when I got sunburned. I did this routine that night, and come the next morning, I was still a little red but it no longer hurt. I was back out in the sun the day after with a GREAT base tan.
if you are blistering you need to see a doctor. untill then take advil and drink water/gatorade. half a glass of water mixed with half a glass of gatorade. But you need to see a doctor.
Ouch! you may want to consult a doctor for the blisters. 100% aloe whether from a plant or gel in a bottle to keep it moisturized is the best aid in the pain.
Bath in tepid water with baking soda added. You also make a baking soda paste and put on the worst spots. I had a burn with blisters once too and that was the only thing that helped. Now this was back in the 70s. There might be something in the drug store that will work better these days. Hope you get to feeling better, I know how miserable you are.
put polysporin on the worst blisters to avoid infections (and more pain) and drink lots of water to stay hydrated, and try to take anti-inflammatory painkillers (advil works best) until it heals, try to stay inside as much as possible. feel better !!! ily!
I've heard that cocoa butter works well
