OK, my little cousin has a pain in the bones on the side of her right ribcage, but she doesnt want to tell my aunt. does anyone know what it could be? shes 12 years old.

It could just be trapped wind or a pulled muscle, but it could also be cracked or broken ribs, its best to tell a grown up, incase.

Asthma or bronchitis. Or she just slept funny. Oh, maybe she fell out of a tree she shouldn't have been climbing in. Why won't she tell her mom. Geez.
that's what happened to me when i was getting my period. if she has cramps in her lower stomach and/or lower back she's probably gettting her period.
