Try to take some over the counter medicine like ibuprofin or tylenol. But you need to have your throat checked for strep if left untreated can lead to serious complications. First mix a bit of regular table salt, course sea salt if u have it, in lukewarm water. gargle, spit, and rinse.then add a bit of honey to nice warm milk, drink, and finally rest.
I am so sorry.If you see white blisters in the back of your throat it could be strep. Yes ,if you gargle with warm salt water it will help.Even peppermint candy will help.Take advil it will help the pain.Sip hot chocolate.
